Latest Survey Results

The Bachelor鈥檚 degree recipients of the 2024-2025 academic year responded to pre and post-graduation First Destination Surveys from April, 2025 to May, 2026. Their responses were tabulated and summarized at one year post-graduation. The research and report data follows the protocol of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).

A response/knowledge rate of 74% of the class was attained.

Highlights & Key Findings

97% of the class attained their desired outcome in employment, graduate/professional education admission, entrepreneurship, military, or public service destinations.
80% of the class are employed full-time: of those, graduates working as entrepreneurs within their own businesses (1%); serving in the military (1%).
16% of the class is in graduate or professional schools.
3% are seeking employment in a desired field or admission to a graduate program, 1% have chosen to take a gap year.
84% percent of the class had been engaged in undergraduate experiential education via internship programs, clinicals, practica, study abroad, and/or within research programs.
The top destinations for employment included Pennsylvania, 77%; New York and New Jersey, 6%; Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia, 5%; in other states throughout the U.S., 12%.
Graduates are attending professional and graduate schools primarily in Pennsylvania, 68%; followed by Massachusetts and New York, 12%; within mid-western 10%; and mid-Atlantic states schools, 10% in the U.S.
In relating their major degrees to relationship to positions of employment, 77% stated that their employment was very strongly or strongly related to their majors; 16% stated their positions were somewhat related to their majors; and 7% stated that their positions were not related to their majors.
