Your Colonel Colleagues Need You!

The 重口味SMStaff Mentoring Program is a part of orientation for all new staff who join the 重口味SMcommunity.

The Staff Mentoring Program pairs an existing employee with a new employee. The mentor will give the mentee a tour of the campus, discuss 重口味SMevents, familiarize the staff member with the 重口味SMportal and much more. This is a great way for new staff employees to have another friendly face on campus and welcome them to the 重口味SMcommunity.

Mentor Requirements

  • Staff member
  • Employed by 重口味SMfor at least 1 year
  • Satisfactory job performance
  • No disciplinary issues
  • Supervisor Approval
