In other words, 鈥淏eing Colonel鈥� can happen in your day-to-day work efforts. USAC is proud to launch the formal 鈥淐aught Being Colonel鈥� recognition program to thank, reward, acknowledge and commend staff for going above and beyond the call of duty. Here is how it works:

Supervisors have been provided with Colonel Credits, which are a one-time use cards good for a meal at Henry鈥檚; a meal equivalency at Grille Works, Which Wich or P.O.D.; or a purchase at Starbucks (up to $5). Employees who are 鈥淐aught Being Colonel鈥� may be rewarded with the gift card which is good for 90 days. In addition, Aramark will return all redeemed gift cards to USAC so employees can be entered into a monthly prize drawing. And, stay tuned, because the USAC will also be sharing the names of all employees who were 鈥淐aught Being Colonel鈥� periodically in Today@Wilkes.

Recognize a Colonel colleague and reward their hard work and dedication to Wilkes University! The 鈥淨uarterly Colonel Award鈥� program is designed to recognize staff who exceedingly contribute to the University/Departmental initiatives or special projects that significantly impact:

USAC will recognize up to two quarterly award winners who will receive a paid day off and an award presented by the President. The winners鈥� names and contributions will be announced and highlighted in University-wide communications.
